Yes, you can downgrade / upgrade your membership at any time, or cancel your membership at any moment. 
We do not offer refunds after competed payment.

On your Account page you will see all available memberships for your account.
If you wish to downgrade your membership and don’t see other memberships offer on your account page, make sure you don’t have more domain names than your membership allow.
For example, if you wish to downgrade your ‘500 domains’ membership to ‘100 domains’ membership, make sure you have less than 100 domain names on your account.

Admin12345 Panel

While saving an item which contains password (like: FTP password or domain registrar login password), you will ask to add extra code to allow ‘GPass Encryption’. 
GPass is your personal encrypt code that you’ll need to enter to allow extra layer of security to your passwords.

Your GPass code will not saved and cannot be restored. 
Only you know your GPass code.
No one can decrypt your passwords except for you.

Quick Links is a very useful tool for saving yours or your clients important links and passwords.
We recommend saving links and passwords for sites like Analytics, Apps, Image banks, Client social credentials or extra client required passwords or others.
You can attached quick link to a domain and have better access to it from the domain or client page. makes it really easy to control clients external sites user names & passwords.

Go to ‘Incomes’ section on the left menu and click the plus icon on the ‘Income Templates‘ tab.
For example, Lets add a ‘Domain Name Income Template’ that will later use us to add Domain Name Income for any domain name.
Lets name it as ‘Domain Name’, Choose the category and add the yearly price you charge your clients for domain name renewal.
After the ‘Domain Name Income Template’ added, You will be able to add it with 2 clicks for every domain name on the panel.

Note: When adding new domain income from ‘Income Template’ it will only load the ‘Income Template’ info (Name, Category, Price, Currency, Billing circle and Description) to the new income. 
The new income will not be connected to the selected ‘Income Template’.
Ones you’ll edit the ‘Income Template’, It will not have any effect on any existing income that used this ‘Income Template’, its just a template that will help you to quickly add incomes to the panel. You will find it very useful while using the panel.

Go to ‘Expenses’ section on the left menu and click the plus icon on the ‘Expense Templates‘ tab.
For example, Lets add a ‘Domain Name Expense Template’ that will later use us to add Domain Name Expense for any domain name.
Lets name it as ‘Domain Name’, Choose the category and add the yearly price you pay for it.
After the ‘Domain Name Expense Template’ added, You will be able to add it with 2 clicks for every domain name on the panel.

Note: When adding new domain expense from ‘Income Template’ it will only load the ‘Expense Template’ info (Name, Category, Price, Currency, Billing circle and Description) to the new expense. 
The new expense will not be connected to the selected ‘Expense Template’.
Ones you’ll edit the ‘Expense Template’, It will not have any effect on any existing expense that used this ‘Expense Template’, its just a template that will help you to quickly add expense to the panel. You will find it very useful while using the panel.

You can import clients to the system by clicking the ‘Import’ buttons on the main clients area and upload CSV file. Be sure to import in the following format

1. Download Example CLIENTS CSV file here.
2. Edit the file with your client’s info:

Client Name – Client’s full name
Email – Client email
Phone – Client Phone
Fax – Client Fax
Address – Client Full Address
Contact Person – Full name
Extra info – Extra info. about the client

You can import domains to the system by clicking the ‘Import’ buttons on the main domains area and upload CSV file. Be sure to import in the following format

1. Download Example DOMAINS CSV file here.
2. Edit the file with your domain’s info:

Domain Name – Domain name only, no http:// no www.
FTP – FTP domain address.
FTP Username – your FTP username.
db Purpose – ex. wordpress, joomla and so.
db Name – your domain database Name.
db Username – your domain database username.
CMS Link – Direct link to website admin area, Full Path – include http://
CMS Username – your CRM username.

3. After uploading you can find and edit your imported domains under ‘Archive’ domains tab.
