1. First Steps
After first time login and membership activation please follow those steps before start adding domain names to the panel.
On Setting page fill in your company missing information under ‘Company Info’ tab.
Don’t forget to upload your company logo as well.
Go to ‘Incomes’ section of the panel -> Click the + icon next to the ‘Income Templates’ tab or, Click here.
Products are yours ‘income templates’ – so you could quickly add it as ‘incomes’ to your domains.
Go to ‘Expenses’ section of the panel -> Click the + icon next to the ‘Expense Templates’ tab or, Click here.
You could quickly add it as ‘Expense’ to your domains.
Go to ‘Help Desk’ section of the panel -> Click the + icon next to the ‘Categories’ tab or, Click here.
That way you can easily manage your clients help desk tickets.
Go to ‘Registrars’ section of the panel -> Click the + icon next to it, or Click here.
Go to ‘Servers / Panels’ section of the panel -> Click the + icon next to it, or Click here.

Tip: If you planing to add your personal or company domains to the panel, add yourself as a client as well.
Tip: You can import your clients to the panel: Go to ‘Settings’ section -> Import tab -> and follow the instructions.

2. Clients
In the client section you can see all clients info and a clearer lists of client’s domains and ‘value’.
You can filter the results by ‘Clients Follow Notes’ to easily follow your tasks and client notes.
Inside the client page you will find all client related domains, To-do’s, Quick links and more.
Easily Add, edit or remove client Follow note.
See all clients domains incomes and expenses – All totals will automatically converts to your main panel currency.
3. Domain Names
In the Domains section you can see all of the domains you’re currently running and renew alerts. You can filter your domains by hosting or domain expiry dates, archived domains, value and more.
In the domain page you can easily see all the domain info:
General info, Alerts, Incomes, Expenses, Total Domain and client value, Domain Registrar details, Hosting info, CMS, FTP/SFTP/SSH and db info.
You can use the quick buttons to quickly ‘Add One Year’ to domain renewal date or quickly ‘Add One Year’ OR ‘Add One Month’ to hosting renewal date.
Easily Add, edit or remove domain Follow note.
Add domain incomes and expenses – All totals will automatically converts to your main panel currency.
4. Fixed Incomes
In the incomes section you can see a list of all fixed incomes.
You can see SUM of all incomes by categories, add new categories and add Income templates to help you easily add incomes to any domain name.

5. Fixed Expenses
In the expenses section you can see a list of all fixed expenses.
You can see SUM of all expenses by categories converted daily to your main currency, add new categories and add expense templates to help you easily add expenses to any domain name.
On the tables bellow you will find 2 tables:
Non domain related expenses and domain related expenses.

6. Domain Registrars
In the registrar section you can see a list of all your Domain registrars and the domains related to them.
Add quick login/renew URL, username and password to easily access your domain registrars from any section on the panel.
All Login passwords are protected with GPass Encryption.
7. Servers / Panels
In the Servers/Panels section, you can see a list of your servers and the domains related to them.
You can add a new Server or Panel, choose provider, main IP, Server DNS’s and more.
Filter by IP’s is very useful table to follow all your shared and dedicated IP’s.
All Login passwords are protected with GPass Encryption.
8. Quick links
Quick Links is a very useful tool for saving all of yours or your clients important links, users and passwords.
Save links and passwords for sites like Analytics, Apps, Image banks, Client social credentials or any other client required passwords, so you’ll always have them to hand.
Its really easy and fun – All yours and your clients accounts and passwords in one secured place.
All quick links passwords are protected with GPass Encryption.
9. Price Quotes
This is where you can see the status of all your price quotes.
Create new or edit your price quotes, Support up to 6 items (lines) per quote.
Print or save as PDF (in Chrome) your quotes and send them to your clients, you can change quotes status for easy follow up.
Note: The system do not operate as a full accounting software. you could only generate / save / edit price quotes with it for now.
10. To-Do's Board
This is where you can see all your To-Do’s. Add your personal To-do’s and groups.
See all auto generated To-do’s to renew domain names and hosting for the next 60 days that the panel generates for you.
Its highly recommended to manage all your clients domains renewals dates from this section thanks to the quick ‘Add One Year’, ‘Add One Month’ buttons.
You could also add ‘Domain Follow Note’ right from the To-do card to easily follow your renew status.
11. Media (Files)
This is where you can see your domain related files.
Add new file and connect it to any domain name on the panel.
This is useful to add domain documentation if needed.
Files allowed:
JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF. PDF, XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, TXT.
